We had perfect weather on our first weekend camping trip and the girls all wanted to go again, so we loaded up again the following friday and went back to McCall (or ME-CALL as Brylin calls it). We stayed in the new addition to Ponderosa State Park and it was wonderful!!! Such a pretty place and wonder accomodations. They have added a beautiful new grassy/park like area and have an enlarged beautiful beach area too. Except for the bugs that came out to share every meal with us we had no complaints! We even pulled the TV outside and watched the BSU/Bowling Green game under the stars! It was awesome~~really roughing it ya know!!

Kearsten and Collin enjoy a rare quiet moment coloring!

Stacy and Brian came over with their Ultra sound video for us to see. The pictures are great!
Can you believe it? Another girl!!! We are all so excited and happy for them!

Brooklynn and Caitlin demonstrate the broom carry with Brylin and then with Ashlyn. Brooklynn and the "magic" broom.+

Even Uncle Royal enjoyed the wonderful water.

Uncle Royal and Ryan pitchin' stones.

Fun on the beach

Brooklynn wanted to see what it would be like to be buried in the sand. It was great fun.....and her Dad got to steal a kiss when she couldn't push him away!!

My New Ride

I bought a new car last Wednesday. It's a 2005 Toyota Carolla. I bought it from Ron over at Edmark in Nampa. It's looks brand new. The previous owners took really great care of it. It only had 34K on it. So, I am happy to be able to have some wheels to get around on. I start at Intermountain Gas on Sept 29th. So, it will be good to be working again (it's been 3 months without work now). Anyway, here are some pics of the new car

Trip to downtown Shanghai

Well, finally the government here has seen fit to unblock this website, so now I can log on and post my adventures. On Friday (April 4) I was so bored I just went to Shanghai in the afternoon, then on Saturday I met up with a friend from Taiwan who is staying with her brother and sister-in-law while they get settled in Shanghai. So, we took a trip to a few different places in this city of 24 million people. Work is still slow, but supposedly will pick up next week when we start making some batteries, but doesn't really mean I will be any busier. Shanghai is a cool place with lots of stuff to see.

Brian and I in San Francisco!

Brian and I took a day trip to San Fran. We had such a great time. We walked across the Golden Gate Bridge. That was so much fun. You really can't appreciate how amazing it is until you walk across it. We think it is about 4 miles across and back. We were really tired when we were done, but it was a lot of fun.

Collin

Cute little Collin! After church one Sunday Collin decided to put on Kearsten's church shoes and walk around the house! He thought that it was so funny! He didn't want to take them off! He is so silly! He is just a chararter! Look at that smile!

Collin Boy!!!

Collin didn't want to get on the trampoline, but he loves driving his car!!!

Fun on the Trampoline!!!

I got the kids a trampoline! Kearsten and I have been having a great time, and it's a great work out! Nana has been having fun too!

My little Monkey!!!

We put Kearsten into a rock climbing class at the YMCA. She is was so good at it. She climbs all the way to to the top...30 feet!!! What a monkey!

Kearsten's Big Day at Chuck E Cheese

Kearsten wanted to have ther 5th Birthday Party at Chuck E Cheese. She knew exactly what she wanted right down to the cake. She had me make and decorate this flower cake for her. She loved it. It was so much fun to make! She had a blast.
